Those figures should be read with care. The 132-person count is not an average daily population, and the jail can change count several times in a day. A bond posting, release order, transfer to GDC, new arrest, probation hold, or outside-agency hold can change whether a person appears on the roster.

Booking at Upson County Jail
Booking begins after arrest or warrant service by the Upson County Sheriff's Office, Thomaston Police Department, or another law enforcement agency.
